Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Final Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid before your arrival.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation before the scheduled travel date: 25% of the deposit is refundable.
  • Cancellation on or after the arrival date: No refund.

Refund Timelines:
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

Disputes and Exceptions:
All refund disputes must be submitted via email to support@lamrontours.com. We will respond within 7 working days.
