Welcome to Lamron Tours and Safaris CC

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our site and booking our packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Company Information:
   Lamron Tours and Safaris CC is a Close Corporation based in Namibia. Our physical address is Unit 93, 77 Independence Avenue, Windhoek, Namibia. Business hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
2. Booking and Payment:
   Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before arrival. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card using Shopify’s secure payment gateway.
3. Travel Packages:
   We offer both pre-built and customizable travel packages including accommodation, vehicle rental, and game drives. All package details will be confirmed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Refund:
   Cancellations made prior to the travel date are eligible for a 25% refund of the deposit. No refunds are provided for cancellations on or after the arrival date. Please refer to our full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Disclaimers:
   Lamron Tours and Safaris CC is not liable for delays or changes due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party service failures.
6. Governing Law:
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
